Leo L. Hise, D. O. is a graduate of Oklahoma College of Osteopathic Medicine located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. His residency was done at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas, where he received extensive training in trauma, hand surgery, and sports medicine. Dr. Hise was awarded the Dean's Award for academic excellence three years in a row. He received the Dean's award for clinical excellence and was Transitional Intern of the Year. Prior to his partnership at Northern Pines Orthopaedic Clinic, Dr. Hise served as Chief Orthopaedic surgeon for Fort Leonard Wood Army Hospital in Missouri. Dr. Hise has continuously received the American Medical Association's Physician Recognition Award for fulfilling the requirements in continuing medical education. He was recertified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery in 2005. Dr. Hise is an avid hunter and fisherman and is involved with school sporting events.

 

Daniel L. Baker, M. D. is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and did his internship with the University of Minnesota where he did research into new techniques to treat thumb arthritis. He is experienced in shoulder, hip and knee replacements. Dr. Baker has attended the DePuy/Mitek Shoulder Advancement Course at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle as well as the Encore Reverse Shoulder Prosthesis training at TRIA Orthopaedics in Minneapolis. He is well trained in the latest advances in orthopaedic treatment.
